By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms.

Products

Aura Steps sells footwear products for customers in Pakistan.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, sizes and availability are accurate.

Minor differences in color or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting or individual screen settings.

Pricing

All product prices displayed on the website are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

Orders

When placing an order, customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required to process and deliver the order.

For Cash on Delivery orders, Aura Steps may contact customers to confirm their order before dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is a genuine issue with product availability, pricing, customer information, suspected fraudulent activity or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling an order.

Delivery

We currently deliver within Pakistan only.

Our standard delivery timeframe is approximately 3–4 business days after order confirmation and dispatch.

Delivery times may vary because of circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Please review our Return & Exchange Policy before placing an order.

Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

Aura Steps is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
