At Aura Steps, we deliver orders across Pakistan.

Delivery Area

We currently offer delivery within Pakistan only.

International shipping is not currently available.

Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 3–4 business days after the order has been confirmed and dispatched.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays or remote-area delivery restrictions.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after they are received and confirmed.

Once an order has been dispatched, it is handed over to our courier partner for delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping Charges

If a product or promotion qualifies for free shipping, the applicable offer will be clearly displayed on the website.
